Sameeha Rehman
Founder and Principal Consultant
Belter Consulting was founded by Sameeha Rehman, an award-winning executive leader with extensive experience helping organisations grow, transform and achieve meaningful results.
Having served as CEO of two organisations and held senior leadership roles across the public, private and technology sectors, Sameeha brings first-hand executive experience to every client engagement. Her career has included leading national charities, advising founders and boards, working at the heart of UK government, and supporting high-growth technology companies with strategy, operations and organisational development.
Throughout her career, Sameeha has secured more than £2.5 million in funding, led teams of over 100 staff and volunteers, delivered organisational transformation, and built strategic partnerships that have created lasting social and commercial impact. Her expertise spans executive strategy, organisational growth, funding, governance, communications and leadership.
Known for combining strategic thinking with practical delivery, Sameeha works alongside founders, CEOs and leadership teams to help organisations overcome complex challenges, strengthen their operations and unlock sustainable growth.
Sameeha holds an MBA with Distinction from Imperial College London, where she was awarded a Dean's Scholarship, alongside a degree in Law, Politics and International Relations from the University of Strathclyde.
